99 c2500 electrical issues

i been getting elecrical problem with my 99 chevy pickup where i lose my throttle and at the same time my radio shuts off i have no signal lights or day time lights my a/c compressor dissengauges ( still have my blower working but) and only my alternator gauge go's to zero ( still have my tach and speed.) i can only go 20 kph when this happens. i check all my fuse and i have power during this problem?

Sounds like a grounding issue? Check all your grounding points. I think all the items you are talking about are controlled by relays that might share a common ground point.
