Would 16x7, 8 lug rims from a 2000 F350 fit my '07 GMC 2500HD Classic?

IIRC, the center bore diameter is different, and the bore size is critical to GM trucks (wheels are hub-centric).

Also, Ford wheels are 8x170mm bolt circle, and GM is 8x6.5". A difference of only 5mm, but significant enough to keep them from fitting.

No Ford, got it. What about Dodge wheels? I bought my truck and it has 18 in wheels and highway tires. I want to go back to stock size but am having trouble finding them on craigslist.

Can I only run wheels from a GM truck?

Thanks in advance.

Dodge and GM have the same bolt circle, but the center bores are different, with Dodge having the larger bore.

Another thing came to mind: I think '99 and earlier Super Duty wheels will work, but I'm not absolutely certain of that...

Thanks. I should cut the crap and just be patient until I find the right GM wheels. I appreciate the education and help.

My best,

The Super Duty lug pattern went metric in 1998. Jerks

Of course GM decided to also go to a different metric pattern in 2011. Not thrilled about that either....

Dodge still uses the 8x6.5, but is rumored to be changing in the next year or two.
