It appears that GM came out with new oil cooler lines, at least for the 97' and up 6.5 diesel.
My buddy at work today had a 99' Suburban that needed oil lines, he goes to the parts room and they give him these different looking lines. It still has the hose crimped onto the tubing but the big difference is that the tubing is steel not aluminum, the elbow is aluminum and crimped onto the steel tubing. The elbow doesn't have the stub sticking out.
The part numbers are 15104800 and 15104803
