Coolant cap pressure

What is the pressure supposed to be on the rad cap? 15lbs or 17lbs

I run a 7psi cap on my 93. It doesn't run hot, push out coolant or anything wierd. Still running the single stat setup. I prefer the 7psi cap for less stress on the cooling system, hoses, etc. Hey, the truck is getting old and less stress is a good thing. RT
