6,5td misfire

Hi

Does anybody know what the problem can be on my 6,5td?
I have readed the dtc`s and it says P0307 - misfire cyl 7.
It has a big white smoke when hot and exhaust manifoil is wet at cyl.7.
I have tried to switch injector from cyl.5 but still the same.
Must be the pump?

Can you check the compression at that cylinder?

I dont have a compression tester for diesel Engine. When the injector was out i could see thatthe Hole was washed clean by the injector and wet with diesel...
Any hjelp? :-)
And it drips diesel out of the connection between ex.manifoil and pipe...

For a 6.5 you need to use a tester that uses the glow plug hole.

Sounds like you have no compression in that cylinder. However if it was wet near the manifold, you may have had the injector not seated all the way. If the glow plug or injector aren't sealed, no compression, will misfire.

If it's not one of those two things, could be a headgasket, or rings, or a worn cylinder.
