Looking for any help I can get on my 05 chev duramax that has had 14 injectors replaced from Feb.2010 (73,000 km) to June 2012 (107,000 km), over 4 separate repairs. Every injector has now been replaced at least once and one injector 3 times. We had the last 5 injectors bench tested at an injector specialist. There were no visible signs leading to a diagnosis of why there was failure. We have had fullfuel testing done from the tank, which was clean, no contaminants and standard diesel. The truck has been maintained regularly and all work has been done by gm dealer. We fill up at a reputable commercial fuel station. We are still "talking" with Gm about the problem but GM has no idea with what problem is causing reoccurring injector failures. I keep running into the same statement from GM that there is no problem with your vehicle please call us if there is a issue.
Anyone have any advise on where to look, a test to run, someone who has had this issue before...
thanks in advance

Welcome to the board!
Did the injectors actually fail? If so, how did they fail?

yes of the last 5 that were replaced 3 failed and the other 2 were border line pass. Not sure exactly how they failed.......never get a straight answer, maybe I did not ask the right question??. But have the test analysis from injector specialist showing the pressures and pass/fail...

Might be helpful to know what failed. These injectors are comprised of both electronic parts and mechanical parts. An electronic failure would indicate a different approach to solve the problem. A failure of the pintle/nozzle assembly would suggest another type of cause.
So, I'd ask for a diagnosis of the failure.
And, I'd recommend using only certified injectors. Too much junk is available on the net, that use inferior parts.

After discussing this and looking at the bill, I believe it was a mechanical failure
all the parts were put in at the gm dealer so were gm parts. All the injectors are remans as there is no other available.......so we have been repeatedly told by gm
