I recently bought a 1997 GMC Savana 2500, 6.5 diesel of course. Photos in the near future....This is my first "electronic" 6.5, and will be replacing the 1993 K3500.
What data is available through the ODB II port? I know basic engine data like temps and oil pressure, but what about boost, and exhaust temperatures? What is a good program for diagnostics that I can get for a laptop? I am aware of Android apps like Torque, but do not know any good software for a computer.
