1995 GMC 3600 HD Diesel

Would appreciate comments and opinion about the '95 3600 HD diesel ... am considering buying and want to be as educated as possible about the pro's and con's of this drive train and truck. The seller reports he rebuild engine and transmission in last five years. Thanks for your feedback. H

'95 6.5's are not the powerhouse engine that any of the late model trucks come with. However, they are and can be pretty decent motors and run for a long time.

Read a lot of the posts here, there is a ton of information. Oil pressure switch, PMD, vacuum circuit are definitely week points
