What is the easiest way to change the fuel filter on a 2011 Duramax??? Do you take air induction tube off or go for underneath ???
I work from a hoist so I always prefer to go through the wheel liner myself.
I do not change my filter based on miles, I measure restriction and then change as the gauge dictates:

FYI several year back I went to my own storage tank. I now buy Amoco Premier 50 cetane diesel 500 gallons at a time from my local vendor. I dump my FPPF Total Power before filling this tank and treat the entire batch at once. I now fuel almost exclusively from my own tank which has dual staged fuel filters right on the pump plus a desicant filter on the tank breather. With this setup I get tens of thousands of miles of service from my fuel filters. Very seldom do I ever have to fuel on the road, but I run backup protection. I run my twin lift pumps, KD Mega filter (plumbed as secondary) and a Filtermag on the OE filter just for good measures.
