2000 Chevy K3500 Towing Questions

2000 Chevy K3500
Crew Cab and long bed
4.10 Gear ratio, Automatic
6.5 Diesel
equipped with factory "Heavy Duty Trailering Equipment"
GVWR 9200lbs

Can someone please tell me how much I can tow with this truck? I need to know both bumper pull max towing and max 5th wheel/gooseneck towing.

by the way, forgot to mention that it is 4x4.

I don't have my manual handy, but it should say in there (if you have yours).

But, I seem to recall that 8,000lbs is the max on a receiver hitch with the 4.10's (at least I think that's what it is for my Sub). Right on the bumper is probably 5,000. I'm not sure about 5th wheel.

My 99 Sub with 4.10's and 285/75's pulls 11K no problem.
