How long should I have the glow plugs turned on before trying to start the motor? Hooked up the block heater,that made a big difference.Battrys are 800 CCA,one new the other tested ok .Will apply a 2 amp trickle charger to one battry to keep them warmed up.I know this is basic ,but having cold start problems.Thanks guys
