The driver side cigarette lighter/12volt accessory is not working. Tried trouble shooting with fuse, but could not identify which it would be.

Any idea how to fix?

Found the fuse. It is on the fuse panel under the hood.

Yes, most of the high amp fuses are under the hood. Glad you found the problem... What caused the fuse to blow?

I really don't know. The only items run through the 12 volt "cigarette lighter" sockets are my Sirius, GPS, inverter, or phone charger.

My guess is the inverter. I run it to power my laptop while traveling so my kids can watch movies.

Isn't the outlet only rated for about 10 amps? That's 120 watts max, and I'd bet your inverter is pulling something very close to that to power a laptop... Maybe running a dedicated circuit (hot and ground) for the inverter would be the answer.

My left-side port came with a 15 Amp fuse, and the cover is so marked, so I've never dared to chance a bigger one. Knew at one time what other stuff was on that line, but have forgotten. Anyway, I discovered the 15 A fuse the first time I plugged a 300 W inverter in there, and haven't done it since, saving that port for running a cell phone charger, or back-up camera, GPS, etc.
