db2 injection pump, throttle cable question

what is needed to keep the steel loop on end of throttle cable on the shaft of injection pump, the loop is way bigger than the shaft, is there a bushing that goes on the shaft, any pics or part numbers,,,,

There is an insert that goes in that loop of the throttle cable. I think it is rubber. There is also a retaining clip that keeps everything on the shaft. Sorry no pics. Hope that helps some.:)

I used a rubber grommet, and a little grease for lube....
