ok trucks been siting a few weeks
ran fine before shut down .
tried to start engine,but it just cranks over ,no start not even a hint .
normal is less than 2 seconds on key and fires right up
ran the codes only got one the
P1216 Fuel Solenoid Response Time too short
looked in the books but they dont say much if anything about it .
looking thru site it seems its either the lift pump or injector pump .
what way would I go about to check which has failed ?
