I have been having an intermittent problem with my '94. When I give it'gas' from a stop, the spedo will sometimes fall to 0 and the trans will stay in first or second, depending on road speed. Or even act like it is in N. Sometimes driving with the cruse on @50 MPH the spedo will 'loose' 10-15 mph, and then get it back right away, kicking the cruse off. I have changed the VSS and gave the wires a shake down looking for anything out of place. It is only downloading a 72 right now. I can clear it by shutting the motor off and lighting it right back off and it is fine for a while. The problem seems totally random. HELP?!?
