Kennedy Lift pump control harness on a 99

I'm wondering if anyone has installed one of the lift pump control harnesses from Kennedy on a 99 6.5. I know there was a little difference in the years on the ops but I couldn't find in a search what I needed.
I think some had 3 wires and some 2, also I know the thread size was different because I had wanted to get the relocation kit from PMDCables but it has the larger thread size.

I'm not even sure if the control harness will help an 99.

99 should not need the Kennedy harness.
The relay is built in to the circuit already and is activated by the ECM when it senses the engine running through the OS or CPS.

The OPS is a backup power source for the LP on all 96+.
