I'll check on the cost of oem...And does anyone have any suggestions for after market glow plugs? Brand wise?

I've seen several mentions of Kennedy's "QuickHeat" plugs. Supposedly all the benefits of the AC60Gs with a somewhat quicker and hotter response.

I'll second the vote for Kennedy Quick Heats. They heat up in about 1/2 the time of the 60's. I haven't heard of anyone burning up any, and mine haven't. The price can't be beat on Kennedy's site.
