While surfing Ebay today I found what I consider the perfect intercooler tube. It was about 1/8" thick and 1" wide, it was extruded so length should be just about any. The interesting pary was the partitions inside, looked kinda like this:

There is a line across the bottom also but I can't find the key for it.
I was thinking of TIG welding up a custom intercooler, but I can't find this tube. Check out this Ebay site for a real picture of the tube.
