Hi,
The passenger door lock button is not working as intended. It won't move up and down when the switch is activated, although I can see that it moves a bit, the sound from inside the door both suggest the mechanism inside the door is alive and kicking. It does move up and down readily by hand.
Anyone have prior experience with this, and an idea on how to proceed? Is this a "take off the door panel and lubricate things" kind of problem, or is there is history of something else going awry that I should consider?
