googled it and saw that some plugs fail and fall apart down into cylinder... scary stuff

where do i start? i cleared code and it didnt come back.

i am in toronto area

Start by visiting your dealer to see if the updates apply to your vehicle and if they were performed.

Then I'd look to diagnose/replace replace the #1 glow plug for starters.
