No start after accident

We're having an issues getting the truck to fire up after a front end collision, with airbag deployment. After a few blown fuses were replaced, all systems seem to function normally, and we have fuel at the rails. She'll also crank over just fine, she just won't fire up. My question is: Is there a someting that needs to be reset in the ECM? Or ?

Finally got the truck fired up today. Found a broken engine speed signal wire that was cut near the 80 pin ECM connector. Fixed the wire and she fired right up.
