Codes 19, 31 and 62

Need some help . My 1995 Chev 2500, ext cab 4wd, auto trans, 6.5 TD set codes 19, 31 and 62 today. Truck is an S motor with an F eprom. Has 259000 miles I am the original owner. New inj pump 40000 miles ago, Heath remote mtd PMD, new vacuum pump 10000 miles ago. If you shut truck off for 15 minutes SES light goes off and truck runs fine. When codes come back it of course has no boost.

So what do I need to replace? Crank sensor is original.

3 unrelated codes, one a "phantom" since you have an "F" eprom means wiring or ground issues, most likely.
