What would be the red line for RPM's on a 6.2?

3400-3600 RPMs, depending on pump series, application (the recommendation according to chassis and emission requirements), and calibration, for light trucks. Some marine and stationary applications can be up to 4200 RPMs. These are all governed maximum speeds, which is the "redline".
