I have a chance to buy a 6.2 but it has a cracked head. Is this an easy fix? I'd also like to add a turbo from a 6.5. Any help is appreciated.

Let us know a little more of the story.What year?in a truck? Ect?
Do you fix your own vehicals?
Quick fix if it's actually a cracked head is to replace the heads with new one's.
But will you trust the fact that it is cracked head?It could be a cracked block.
Or could be just a bad gasket.Or just a leak somewhere.
If you are buying on someone's diagnoses buy cheep.Aw heck buy cheep anyhow.
So give us more info and you will get better advice
