No intake valve stem seal / Why?

Just wondering why they are on the exhaust but not intake:rolleyes:. I would think that because there are no intake valve stem seals you would be loosing turbo boost psi up the valve shaft and into crankcase. Or is the oil on valve shaft enough to seal against intake boost. I think if you installed some if possible you would gain a few psi and boost a little quicker less lag. and keep the intake valves cleaner, less carbon build up.

Whats your thoughts on this subject?:D
