ABS problem

I have noticed that this winter my ABS is not working... What steps should I take to diagnose this problem... I have checked the fuses and such....

I'm with you Phil, my brakes work better when the ABS fuse is pulled. I could hardly get the darn thing stopped before. I never had a code or a light, but when I pulled the fuse, the truck stopped more positively. I too would appreciate some basic TS guidelines.
