Flashing ABS light when beeping the horn or when turning the A/C on

Hi everybody!
I have a 2002 Chevy Express 3500 minibus with the 6.5 diesel (http://www.thedieselpageforums.com/tdpforum/#) and the ABS light lights up every time I beep the horn or turn the A/C on.
I cleaned all the grounds that I could find but no luck. I also had the system checked with a scanner and found no codes.
Has anybody experience anything like this or something similar?

The problem is grounds. Double check the ground at the back of engine , behind fuel filter / beside the glow plug relay. I had my air bag lite on and also electrical problem with the ECM not getting a signal sometimes. A ground wire with only couple strands attached to the terminal, I crimmped a nwe terminal & cleaned ground. my airbag went out and every thing was fine. I also ran a ground direct from battery to this location. Adding grounds from battery will always help / can't hurt.

Yesterday I had it scan by a GM factory scanner and this is what came up:
0073 EBCM malfunction
0086 ABS indicator lamp circuit shorted to battery.
After clearing the codes and restarting the vehicle (http://www.thedieselpageforums.com/tdpforum/#) it went away, but I think the EBCM is going bad.
