Driver side exhaust manifold 6.5 1995 who sells the cheepest

What i'm wondering is why is their 500$ dif between two phone call's for ex manifold same quality. Am i missing something or calling the wrong guys!

Check with your local engine rebuilder,there is an outfit that specializes in manifolds and the name escapes me right now.
