Fuel in Oil

My latest UOA showed 4% fuel in the oil. All other prior UOA's showed less than .5%. Other than injectors, what other paths are there for fuel to get into the oil. The injectors have 134,000 miles on them so its probably time for a change anyway. I only occasionally have brief white smoke at start-up. Any thoughts on how the fuel is getting into the oil?

hard starts, bad glow plugs, leading to fuel getting in oil (probably very unlikely).

leaking injector (bleeds down after shutdown) or leaking injection pump front housing seal.

Most likely an injector.
