I put a clear line from the IP to the metal return line check for air bubbles.
I do have air bubbles coming from the IP. The questions is, should that line stay full of fuel? When I blow on the return side, it's seems a little clogged. Also any ideas as to where the air is likely to come from? I did pressurize the dual fuel tanks and found no leaks there.
