Suburban with a manuel transmission ?

Hello guys. I'm a newie and I'm looking for a Suburban 6.5 TD 97-99 4X4 with a manual 5 speed transmission.

Is GM has built some of these ?

To my knowledge, GM didn't build any Suburbans in that range with manual transmissions.
