Better Headlights....?

Has anyone tried (or does anyone have from the factory) the "T84" RPO code, which is the headlamp lenses for non-US spec. vehicles? I read somewhere else that for the '94-'96 Impalas, the T84 lights produced MUCH better light distribution, with fewer people flashing their lights (mistakenly believing that the high-beams were on, when they weren't). From reading the document referenced Here (http://lighting.mbz.org/nhtsa/NHTSA.html) , I gather that the rest of the world has a better standard for headlights than the US does. If anyone knows anything more about these lenses (ie: GM part numbers...) I'd be interested in trying them out.
