I did a search came up empty, so, are the 1999+ 6.5 TD's 19:1 CR, or?

Do you have a factory service manual for your truck?

In my 1994 service manual it provides such specs, but I don't know about 99.

I have the service manual. 20.2 to 1. I was hoping for the lower cr, but it's a little better than 22 to 1. I also checked out my block and it is apparent that I do have the enhanced block. yipeeee!! :D I was starting to get worried.

If you look at the picture that is labeled "new block passenger side", you'll see a number that says H28. Mine says H30. I'm going to assume that is a batch number and that mine was made after the one in the photo.
My block matches the characteristics shown in all the new block photo's and I feel much better knowing this.

Well, well, as luck has it, mine is an "H32" enhanced block, so, GM did do some of em right!

I confirmed the additional pad under the mount on pass side too.
