Need advice on buying 2005 GMC

I have the opportunity to buy a 2005 GMC Duramax Dually with 212000 miles on it. The truck is in great condition and runs great. I was wondering about the longevity of the engine and transmission. Also is there any thing I should be aware of about this model truck? Thanks, FMC
