Trying to figure out the best way to install a nav system in my 02 preferably a in dash retro fit

The name brands (Sony, Pioneer, Kenwood, etc.) have nav systems built into the radios. Some later models have Bluetooth for cell phone integration. A bit pricey, but very nice to have all the features in one place.
