Just replaced nsbu did not solve problem .read where to replace ignition switch . this may sound dum but is it the actual switch where the key goes or is it box that unplugs .i seen diffrent ones.

I'd get a tech to look at the problem with a Tech II scan tool. There's a lot a Tech II can do to evaluate the various components in the system. An ign sw is a little pricey to replace on the hope....
