Low oil pressure

been dealing with a slight problem on the 95. the oil pressure has been reading uncomfortably low.

when it is cold, it will be almost at the half way mark, but when it warms up, it's drops down to the quarter mark.

the oil level is fine, and when you rev the engine, the pressure rises slightly.

is this an issue with the oil pump, or should i be looking elsewhere?

Have you checked it against a manual gage?

How is th oil presure sending unit?

mine reads just over half cold and just over the quarter mark when warm and at half when reving at 1900 at highway speeds thought it was normal should i be worried?

My understanding is that 10 psi at idle is OK at normal operating temp.

Haven't checked the OPS yet. Never actually done a manual test. I do have a few spare OPS units kicking around, I could put one in.
