In order to match the new water cooled exhaust silencers, we need to know the horsepower of the 6.2
Some time ago, I had asked someone about cruising RPM's and they had told me that the 6.2 cruised quite comfortably at 2600 RPM.
If this is correct, can someone tell me what horsepower is being produced at this RPM?
I know that the boat does about 8 knots at 1800-1900 RPM and so therefore I never expect to sustain anything over 2600 RPM. I'm quite comfortable using this as the "worse case scenario".
All this of course to understand the effects that the "wet exhaust" well have on back pressure.
