Looking to buy an 03 Duramax Crew w/259K

Is there anything I should be afraid of with this 259K mile 2003 Chevrolet Crew cab? The thought of a putting some bucks into the ride does not worry me too bad as long as its not new engine/tranny all at once. I will put no more than 12 K per year on it. I thought someone on the site may have some personal experience in very high mileage with these great trucks.
Mostly highway mileage and excellent service record. New fuel system rebuild and injectors at 170K. It has the Allison.

$10k or under?

12,500 is the asking price. I put a 130K on my first 2002 Duramax and with no problems then traded it for the new LMM 2007. Just do not drive it much anymore and only have 27K on my 07 so I was thinking of downgrading. 150K does not really scare me but I thought 250K was high.

I wouldnt be afraid of it my 03 has 250,000 on it and all that I have done to it was 1 set of inj. and a idler pully
