OK so here is my issue, it has been a while since I was a member so I know you guys will have had similar problems.
2006 GMC 2500 HD 4x4 Crew Cab Short Box.
I was towing my trailer the other day and lost my trailer brakes, lack of power. Once I got where I was going I noticed that I had also lost my 3 brake lights on the truck. I did some digging and saw the blown 10Amp fuse in the fuse box under the hood. Check all other fuses, all of them were OK. Checked brake lights and now I have left and right brake lights but NO 4rd brake light and no trailer brakes. Would this be the brake switch under the dash... (NOTE the cruise still turns off when I tap the brakes).
