My 97 has a relay from the factory to run the lift pump. I know the relay is used during the start cycle, and can be used to prime the fuel filter.
I know in the older trucks the OPS powered the lift pump, and that is why a relay increases the lift of the OPS.
My question is does the Oil Pressure Switch (OPS)also trigger the relay to power the lift pump (factory relay on the >=97 trucks) or when the OPS is used does it send all the juice to the lift pump?
