If you're asking what might be wrong, it's likely a head gasket. What is the history of this engine with regard to performance products?

My 06 LBZ has always held pressure in the cooling system over night. The truck has 140,000 miles on it and hauls 24K CGVWR almost every day. If there was a problem it would have surfaced by now. I don't think you have anything to worry about.
