How do you go about timing a 6.5 injector pump? Friend of mine has a 93 with a pump he thought was for his truck but it is for a 6.2. I was told on another web site that it could be a timing issue causing the engine to surge and buck between 1800 and 2000 RPMs. This only happens when you let off of the accelerator. He turned the fuel up trying to get it to run right and it does have a lot more power now jsut has the surge in it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
