6.2 replace 6.5

I have recently blown my 1987 6.2 diesel (cracked the block) and was planing to replace it with a 6.5 turbo, although I am a fan of the DB2 MFI pump, so was wondering if I got a 6.5 diesel would the swap be easy and what are all the differences between a 6.5 and the 6.2?

The 6.5 is the standard replacement for a 6.2. Other than new fuel injector lines (if your 6.2 is older than a 1991 model year), nearly everything from the 6.2 will transfer to the 6.5 that is necessary to make it work for you - including the fuel injection system. :)
