This morning I rolled out at 6 am to take a family member to the bus station.
We made it about a half mile and poof the 6 and a half dies PLOP gone.
Cranks back up and runs another mile and plop dead again and the ses light comes on.
Hmmmmm  Starts back up again and we head back home and grab the 91 gasser (YUCK)
Get back, pull the codes and find a DTC 35.
Hmmmm check the lift pump______ OK
Check and change the fuel filter ___OK
Seems to run fine after changing the filter HMMMMMM
Im not sold yet that its fixed.
Got home this afternoon from the shop and jumped in the sucker to go for a test driver down the road. Got to the exact same spot as this morning and Plop dies again.
Had the Old SOL D driver mounted up top of the manifold, jumped out and swapped the plugs over. Cranked right up and ran it out for about 25 miles just sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet :)
The Sol D always worked well except when the temp gets below about 35F the cold starts get real sketchy.
Looks like the Old Burbs gonna run on the SOl D for a while and then get a fresh DTECH PMD
A failing PMD can cause a DTC 35 as well as a stall.
First time I have seen this but have heard reports of such things.
Oh well the truck needed a fuel filter change anyway. :D
Just some info
