Hi I have a 2004 Dodge 2500 4x4 Hemi that needs a new engine. I've been debating on having it converted to a diesel. Is it too hard to have done or would it be easy.

Easiest conversion is when a diesel was offered in the model vehicle that you are swapping into - which would be a Cummins in your case.

However, I'd never really call an engine swap "easy" per se... Best course of action is to find a complete donor vehicle with the engine you want so that you can swap over all of the parts you need rather than getting them piecemeal.
