I like mine enough, I'm turning into a Duramax evangelist, and I'm about to win my first convert.
Dad's shopping for a new(er) truck to replace the work truck that just met an early demise. He's looking for a 3/4 ton with good mileage and >10 years left, and I've got him pointed to a nice local 2wd 2007 2500 w/ LBZ and 6 spd allison.
I get the impression from the posts around here that both the LBZ and the tranny are fine pieces of machinery with a lot going for them. Is there anything going against them? Any reason he shouldn't pick this one up, provided it checks out ok?
