Spuratic loss of power

Need help, I have an 05 LLY with Banks 6 gun, stacked Bully dog(run in low setting) 4" straight, AFE intake. Recently it has aquired a loss of power under load, when it shifts down after pushing the pedal down to get some response it doesn't get any better, then bang all of the sudden it comes on hard. It does this often but not all the time. MAF? Turbo vane position sensor? The first time it did it the ses light came on and threw some codes related to both. Cleared them and it still continues but with only a maf low voltage code. Ideas?:eek:

Doesn't the Banks connect or tap into MAF signal? This is the first place that I would look.

I am going to remove the banks anyway so I will and see what happens. Any one want a banks pda for 05 lly, cheap?
