'95 Suburban 6.5 trowing 35 and 78 codes?

My Wife's 1995 Suburban is throwing 35 and 78 codes. The cruise control will kick off at times and has stalled twice at around 40 mph. Would like to know if I am dealing with PMD or waste gate issues? What tools will I need to check inches and how to test to determine my problem(s)? Help is much appreciated. DTC 78 is a wastegate solenoid or vacuum system issue. It is unrelated to the stalling.

DTC 35 is a fuel solenoid problem. It is related to the stalling. It could be a PMD issue, but, more likely is an internal pump problem. first thing to try is a heavy dose of a good quality fuel conditioner to see if you can get the solenoid to free up.
