Do I have to remove the turbo to replace injectors and glow plugs?

No on the glow plugs, but you may need a wobble extension or universal to get at #4 and #6 (under the turbo). I changed the glow plugs in about 45 minutes, and that included replacing two of the female spade terminals.

For the extra time it takes to remove the turbo, you will get it back when installing the injectors with ease because that turbo isn't sitting there. It isn't that hard to remove, and makes life a lot nicer. ;)
